• Cathedral of Havana: You could visit the Cathedral of Havana. A magnificent and majestic work, built by the Spaniards when they found the village of San Cristóbal of Havana.

The Cathedral is located in the Cathedral Square, a very lively and typical place that will make you feel as if you were during the years of the Spanish colony.  

• Sightseeing around Old Havana: One of the things we recommend you the most is to walk around Old Havana. Old Havana is a totally restored place where you will feel the sensation of being several centuries ago. You will be able to enjoy the majestic colonial architecture, exchange with the Cubans, the hospitality, the kindness and warm of our people. 

Within your reach you will find during your walk typical Cuban handicrafts, something you could buy as a souvenir of your trip to Cuba. If you go down "Obispo" street you will find several Cafes (as the one shown in the picture) where you could recover your energies and find a very pleasant atmosphere listening live, typical and traditional Cuban music.

 

In case that you feel tired of walking, you could continue your tour in a bicitaxi or in a typical carriage that will take you anywhere you wish.

The bicitaxi is a kind of bicycle with capacity for two people that is moved by human traction.

 

• The National Capitol: Built as a copy of the American Capitol in Washington DC. Former seat of the government before 1959 and now seat of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment, the National Capitol is also a museum that you can visit to appreciate the marvels of its architecture. 

• The Christ Statue of Havana: The Christ statue of Havana is a statue of Jesus built over a hill at the other side of the Bay of Havana. We recommend you to visit this place to admire a beautiful view of the city that is only possible to see from here. To cross to the other side of the bay you can take a taxi or cross in a small ferry that makes this short voyage through the bay.

• The Beach: Something you can't miss is to go to the beach. If you come to Cuba you can't leave without taking a sea and sun bath.

Cuba has thousands of kilometers of beach so you have a great variety to choose where you will take your bath. We always recommend you the best, because of this, we suggest you to go to Varadero beach, the most famous and beautiful beach in Cuba that has the finest sand and the most crystalline and clean waters.

• Viñales Valley: Viñales valley is located in the province of Pinar del Río, 3 hours away from Havana city by car. It's a heavenly place, a wonderful example of the Cuban country and the beauty of the Cuban mountains. Don't hesitate to visit this place if you have the chance, there you can admire the Prehistory's Mural and the Indian's Cave. 

• Complex "The Terraces": Also located in the province of Pinar del Río, although much more near to Havana, to only 1 hour and 30 minutes by car. In this place which is a Cuban natural reserve, you can visit the house of the deceased Cuban famous singer Polo Montañez, take a bath in a beautiful and crystalline river, lunch a typical Cuban meal and be in direct contact with nature, free of all pollution.
